I am a seasoned negotiator with 30+ years of senior level executive management and business development experience across several industry sectors.
Having participated in strategic planning initiatives, corporate operations, negotiating and executing mergers and acquisitions, arranging equity financing and so on, I truly understand the importance of cementing positive relationships necessary to achieve results.
Direct sales and hands-on experience with a variety of Asset Classes include:
Representing Buyers, Investors, Entrepreneurs and/or Sellers, I work closely with clients’ legal, accounting and other professional advisors, as necessary, to ensure successful transactions. Deal structures have included Asset and Share Purchase & Sale Contracts, Share Exchange Agreements (mergers & RTOs) and Owners’ Sale & Lease-Back transactions.
